Halls Group is renowned for their attention to detail when specifying transport equipment, and it shows a strong confidence in the superiority of the Schmitz Cargobull Ferroplast product.
For several years now, the NZ transport market has been desperately seeking a credible alternative to the encumbent suppliers, who've until recently, almost had a monopoly on the refrigerated transport equipment market in NZ.
Such a significant order only a couple of months of Schmitz Cargobull being launched here in NZ must be some sort of record. It sends a strong signal.
In a first for New Zealand...
Trailer magazine quotes: "In an Asia-Pacific first, all semi-trailers will be fitted with Schmitz Cargobull’s own refrigeration unit, complete with the company’s factory telematics solution."
Being able to offer a well proven Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) temperature controlled transportation solution should provide a range of benefits to transport operators in NZ.
It's a game changer!
Congratulations! to the hard working team at Fruehauf NZ and Schmitz Cargobull. Well done!
